Limited Warranty Policy;
All LYKKE Ionizers are sold exclusively through our network of Authorized Dealers whom we impart our professional assembly and service training to our Ionizers. LYKKE provides Warranty for each new LYKKE Plate chamber, Parts like Flow sensors, sound module, display unit, PCB and original component which are part of the LYKKE against defects in the workmanship and materials:
WARRANTY TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER
· 2 Year for the plate chamber.
· 1 Year for electrical parts.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper assembly
• Lack of maintenance
• Filter
• Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Ionizer as sold
• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse (200+ TDS Water inputs, Muddy water inputs), abuse
• Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
This warranty is null & void in its entirety by any modification in Product. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, only to the original owner, and is not transferable. Transportation costs & labor charges incurred in the replacement of parts are not covered under this warranty. LYKKE is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Any claim under this warranty must be made through an Authorized LYKKE dealer. Original Proof of purchase is required. CAUTION : THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSION APPLIES TO ALL MODELS -- This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been abused, misused, altered by component parts substitution or used for rental or any other commercial uses or similar activities as all units are not designed or intended for such purpose or usage.
